Kirby Avenue to close at 2 p.m. Friday

CHAMPAIGN, Illinois — Kirby Avenue between First and Fourth streets in Champaign will close at 2 p.m. Nov. 10 to accommodate activities related to the Fighting Illini football game.

The street will reopen as usual following the football game on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 11 a.m.

The earlier-than-usual road closure on Friday is required to accommodate Big Ten Network television crews that will broadcast from Grange Grove on Saturday morning.
