When a severe campus emergency happens, the Division of Public Safety promptly notifies our community members.
Illini-Alert is used for incidents which present an imminent threat to life, health, or safety to the general campus population. These messages provide emergency information and instructions for personal protective actions. Illini-Alert sends email and text messages, posts to Twitter, and displays on digital signs across campus. Visit Technology Services for more information.
