A U. of I. student reported that a wheel and phone mount had been stolen from her bicycle between 1 p.m. Wednesday and 9:40 a.m. Thursday outside the Thomas M. Siebel Center for Computer Science, 201 N. Goodwin Ave., Urbana. The parts have a total estimated value of $100.

A U. of I. student reported that his electric scooter had been stolen between Feb. 5-7 from Wardall Hall, 1012 W. Illinois St., Urbana. The scooter, which has an estimated value of $900, was locked to a rack.

At 12:20 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment building in the 300 block of East John Street, Champaign, Kyesha M. Neil, 18, of Champaign, was issued a state of Illinois notice to appear in court for obstructing identification. Police initially were called by someone who saw Neil in the building and recognized her as a suspect in package thefts that previously occurred at a different apartment building. Upon being questioned by police, Neil initially provided a false name and age.

U. of I. student Matthew W. Cull, 19, of Champaign, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of East John Street, Champaign, for resisting a police officer. Police initially attempted to stop Cull while he was walking with open alcohol in the 100 block of East Green Street, Champaign. Cull ran from police and was caught about two blocks away.
