A hit-and-run accident occurred around 7 a.m. Feb. 2 in the 900 block of South First Street, Champaign. A vehicle sustained bumper damage while it was parked on the street. The at-fault driver made no attempt to exchange information with the vehicle owner. The estimated repair cost was unavailable.

At 5:40 p.m. Thursday, a U. of I. employee reported that someone had drawn a swastika on a concrete pillar at Roger Adams Laboratory, 600 S. Mathews Ave., Urbana. The estimated cost to remove the graffiti is $100.

A U. of I. student reported that his bicycle had been stolen between 5-7 p.m. Wednesday outside the English Building, 608 S. Wright St., Urbana. The bicycle, which has an estimated value of $245, was locked to a rack.*
