It was reported Tuesday that a man had entered several women’s shower areas between 3-5:30 a.m. Sunday at Oglesby Hall, 1005 College Court, Urbana. He viewed at least one female student who was showering and ran from the area when confronted by resident advisers. The investigation is ongoing.
A U. of I. student reported that his $250 headphones had been stolen around 11 a.m. Tuesday on the Engineering Quad near the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, 405 N. Mathews Ave., Urbana. GPS tracking information showed that the headphones were moving quickly to different locations in Champaign, suggesting that someone had them in a vehicle.
A U. of I. student reported that his $500 electric scooter had been stolen between Feb. 1 and Tuesday after it was left unlocked outside an apartment building in the 0-100 block of East Daniel Street, Champaign.
